Responsibilities
Driving adoption and behavioral change for new features
Measuring the value and utilization of deployed solutions (e.g., tracking usage metrics and adoption rates)
Collecting user feedback and communicating it to product management for continuous improvement
Collaborating with business operations to understand and address defects or issues
Ensuring that, after product features are built and handed to operations, there is ongoing support to maximize value and utilization
Qualification
Required
Specialized role focused on driving adoption and behavioral change for new features
Ability to measure the value and utilization of deployed solutions (e.g., tracking usage metrics and adoption rates)
Experience in collecting user feedback and communicating it to product management for continuous improvement
Collaboration skills to work with business operations to understand and address defects or issues
Capability to ensure ongoing support to maximize value and utilization after product features are built and handed to operations
Product mindset with a focus on post-launch success and feedback loops rather than feature development
Ability to operate in a temporary role for approximately the next 18 months
