Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles
Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and engage candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the ATS
Collaborate with internal recruiters and contract resources to meet hiring goals
Qualification
Required
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
Recruiting background in aerospace & defense, systems engineering, or mechanical engineering roles
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with technical stakeholders
Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
