Responsibilities
Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
Ask open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
Provide professional and accurate move consultations by selling all products and services to best provide for the needs of the customer
Directly and accurately input information in to “Movers Who Care®” software
Follow up with the customer until they have scheduled
Recommend alternate services and/or products based on cost, availability or customer specifications
Assist in the achievement of financial goals and objectives by continually increasing sales and minimizing expenses
Assist in development and review of move consultation procedures and materials
Maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
Assist with front office customer service duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Understanding of and commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
Proficient in office equipment (copier, facsimile, credit card machine, cash register, etc.) and the 'Movers Who Care®' software
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Accurate; consistent attention to detail
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Values
Preferred
A minimum of one year of sales, business, or other relevant experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system policies, procedures, and industry
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
Demonstrated ability of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
