ADP Workforce Systems Analyst
RSC Solutions is seeking an ADP Workforce Systems Analyst responsible for leading the design, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software systems. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert and mentoring junior analysts while providing strategic input into the Workforce system roadmap.

Responsibilities
Lead the configuration of time & attendance, automated pay rules, advanced scheduler, and banks/accrual policies for complex business needs
Act as the primary lead for high-complexity projects, including cross-department initiatives impacting Finance, Payroll, and Venue Operations
Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in configuration, testing, and documentation
Design and implement scalable and strategic solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for system/process improvement
Develop and maintain advanced analytics and reporting to support business leaders in decision-making
Represent the Workforce Systems team in cross-functional meetings and provide expertise to shape system strategy and long-term roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
5-7 years' experience with Workforce Software Time & Attendance and Advanced Scheduler
Expertise of Workforce Software system architecture including database schema
Advanced SQL skills for reporting, data extraction, and troubleshooting; ability to mentor others on query design
Proven experience leading projects or initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical solutions into business outcomes
Preferred
Workforce Software certifications strongly preferred; demonstrated expertise in multiple modules
