Largeton Group is seeking an experienced Jira Administrator to support and enhance one of the largest Jira Data Center environments and lead preparations for migration to Atlassian Cloud. This role plays a critical part in ensuring performance, availability, governance, and seamless integrations across the product development ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud at enterprise scale

Prepare and execute Jira Cloud migration activities

Troubleshoot, optimize, upgrade, and maintain Jira environments

Manage integrations with tools such as GitHub and internal systems

Build monitoring and alerting using New Relic and Splunk

Develop automations and self-service tools

Educate users on Jira best practices and governance

Collaborate with infrastructure teams for patching and upgrades

Required

5+ years Jira Data Center administration (enterprise scale)

2+ years Jira Cloud administration

RedHat Linux administration experience

Proficiency in Java, scripting, Oracle, and SQL

Experience with Atlassian tools, GitHub, and enterprise integrations

Excellent communication and customer support skills

Preferred

Confluence Cloud administration and migration experience

AWS or other public cloud experience

Interest or exposure to AI systems
