Project Manager
Meridian Services Group is looking for a senior-level Project Manager to step into a critical role within their Chattanooga estimating office. This hands-on leadership position involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and leading projects from pre-construction through execution.

Responsibilities
Help manage and support day-to-day operations of the estimating office
Lead projects from pre-construction through execution
Coordinate between estimating, operations, and leadership
Review scopes, estimates, schedules, and budgets
Mentor and support junior PMs and estimators
Bring structure, accountability, and practical process improvements
Act as a steady leadership presence within the office
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Project Management experience
Strong background working with estimating and pre-construction teams
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable stepping into an existing team and improving workflow
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Construction, engineering, or related industry experience
