Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and completing the project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project/program
Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program
May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Business rebrands, from a bigger to a smaller brand architecture
Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
Workflow w/ direct tasks needs to be done
Working off expected tasks – project management heavy
Help scale the full-time team who are focusing on other tasks
Maybe creating trackers
Making sure teammates are meeting deadlines and moving through tasks within the correct time frame
Manage stakeholders
Working with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management
Software: MS Office, experience with Asana or other PM software
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Stakeholder management
Meeting notes gathering and sending out updates
Preferred
A bachelor's degree is preferred; HSD/GED minimum
PLM tool experience would be a plus
Tracker creation would be a plus as well
