Responsibilities

Answer phones and maintain coverage of the front desk in the reception area continuously
Greet visitors and guide them to their designated meetings or destinations
Reserve and schedule conference rooms and coordinate catering needs
Ensure daily upkeep of reception and kitchen areas
Coordinate maintenance with building management and vendors, addressing repairs and maintaining aesthetic standards

Required
