Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Sales Team by delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative processes, and driving internal communications across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, excellent customer service and support via email and phone
Follow up with existing accounts, while developing new leads
Provide aging reports and financial reconciliation for the Sales Operations team
Working closely alongside Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure payments match orders
Refund reconciliation for outstanding order balances
Supporting the sales team via reporting, customer follow-up and ad hoc requests
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the sales process
Follow up with customers to collect proper forms and documents
Help maintain strong existing client relationships
Prepare a variety of daily status reports
Update the Sales Database daily, or as needed and/or assigned
Checking system synching issues and communicating the proper next steps
Assist our Account Managers inter-departmentally with Finance and Logistics
Reviewing PACT Act news and regulations and its effects on the industry

Required

2+ years' experience working in a similar role
Strong internal and client-facing communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
Experience using and multi-tasking within the Salesforce platform
Passion for customer success and value creation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and function well under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
Ability to function at a high level in either a team environment or independently
Requires a high degree of tact, initiative, accuracy, judgment and superior interpersonal skills
A polished individual who likes challenges and can contribute their talents to our team environment
Passion for growth in business administration and development and sales
