Responsibilities

Uses strong analytical and hands-on skills to deliver high quality data products and guide the tech team through the implementation of the underlying data pipelines
Evaluates databases and data models for inconsistencies and variances, ensuring data is represented correctly, helps in defining databases and the physical, logical and conceptual levels involved
Troubleshoots technical issues
Leverages a structured approach to Architecture using existing methodologies that make use of existing reference architecture and established architectural styles and design patterns
Collaborates with the Product Management, Partner teams and Team Lead to jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment using enterprise architecture processes and ensuring quality control through peer review
Work closely with your business domain Product teams and business stakeholders to: 1) design and develop insightful reporting and analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making; 2) apply design led thinking to meet their needs, including making data discoverable and accessible for analytical needs
Utilize various Cloud solutions and BI tools to create a robust and efficient reporting environment for PXT Finance data analytics and reporting

Required

Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and data integration in large organizations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse technologies
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and efficient data architectures, including star schema, snowflake schema, and other data modeling techniques
Strong knowledge and experience with data management, data lineage, data dictionaries, and making data discoverable
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex data projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
SQL and Data Modeling

Preferred

Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and/or Relevant AWS Certifications
Experience on modern leading data catalog systems
Business Intelligence experience in tools like ThoughtSpot, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
