Responsibilities

Performing routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts
Ensuring regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities
Keeping track of approved, defective units, and final products

Required

Operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts
Execute assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines
Report any non-compliance
Operate machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions
Perform routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts
Ensure regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting
Maintain detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities
Keep track of approved, defective units, and final products
