Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives

Maintain Agile artifacts in Azure DevOps (backlogs, boards, metrics)

Enforce sprint scope discipline and acceptance criteria

Track velocity, risks, dependencies, and impediments

Coordinate demos, recordings, and stakeholder reviews

Support documentation and acceptance artifacts

Escalate Client owned blockers early and visibly

Ensure adherence to SOW-defined Agile standards and guidelines

Qualification

Agile delivery leadershipScrum Master experienceAzure DevOpsSAFe Scrum Master certificationExperience in regulated environmentsDocumentation managementAgile models

Required

7+ years in Agile delivery environments

4+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management

Demonstrated experience supporting Agile/SAFe-style PI planning

Experience delivering in government or regulated environments

Working knowledge of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC)

Preferred

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification

Experience supporting AI, data, or digital delivery programs

Experience managing documentation-heavy Agile engagements

Familiarity with Transpiration Agile delivery models
