Inside Sales Specialist II

Responsibilities
Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales efforts
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
