Responsibilities
Provide front office application support for FICC Credit trading systems
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
Own and manage the user query mailbox , ensuring timely and accurate responses
Deliver clear incident communications , including user notifications and management escalations
Develop and enhance support tooling and automation using Python and JavaScript
Support and troubleshoot batch processing using Quartz, Autosys, and Python-based jobs
Monitor critical trading environments using ITRS Geneos and respond to alerts proactively
Perform incident, problem, and root cause analysis , coordinating with multiple development teams
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for supported applications
Assist with metrics and reporting for Python-based systems and Java applications
Coordinate and execute Business Continuity Planning (BCP) testing and related documentation
Organize and lead issue resolution calls and meetings independently
Identify opportunities for automation to reduce repetitive manual tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong Python scripting and automation experience
Experience with Quartz and/or Autosys scheduling
Unix/Linux environment support
SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Shell scripting
Monitoring tools: ITRS Geneos
Log analysis tools: Splunk
Performance/infra tools: Dynatrace, Ansible
FIX Connectivity support experience
