Responsibilities

Win new MGA customers across the mid-market and enterprise
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of complex, strategic opportunities
Engage confidently with C-level and executive stakeholders
Lead full enterprise sales cycles: discovery, solutioning, proposals, commercial negotiations, and close
Own RFI/RFP and formal bid processes end-to-end
Clearly articulate ROI, business value, and transformation outcomes
Partner cross-functionally to deliver compelling, tailored solutions
Drive opportunities at divisional, regional, and global levels
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline governance

Required

6+ years of success in complex B2B software sales (SaaS or enterprise platforms)
Direct experience selling to mid-market and enterprise insurance customers
Strong understanding of the insurtech ecosystem, including platforms and systems integrators
A consistent track record of exceeding quota
Existing senior-level relationships across insurance organisations (MGAs strongly preferred)
Ability to run structured, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders
Confidence selling business outcomes, not just features
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities

Preferred

Experience working in a high-growth or scale-up environment
Background selling configurable or custom enterprise software
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
