Responsibilities
Conduct experiments and analyze data
Develop new products or improve existing ones
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Design and plan production processes
Optimize processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Implement and maintain safety procedures
Monitor and mitigate potential environmental impacts
Develop and implement quality control procedures
Conduct quality assurance testing
Ensure product consistency and quality standards are met
Plan and coordinate projects from conception to completion
Manage timelines and budgets
Communicate with stakeholders and provide project updates
Provide technical support to colleagues and clients
Troubleshoot technical issues
Train and educate team members on new processes or products
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Prepare reports on production processes and results
Present findings and recommendations to management or clients
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and simulation software
Knowledge of chemical process engineering and safety regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
