Responsibilities

Oversee Sales Operations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, providing vision and strategic direction to Regional Directors and a global team of ≈ 40 Regional Sales Coordinators (RSCs)
Conduct deep-dive diagnostics of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle to identify and eliminate friction
Own the roadmap for scalable technology and workflow improvements
Act as the primary architect for the sales journey, ensuring Salesforce configurations and pre-sales workflows are optimized for speed without sacrificing data integrity
Lead the team in maintaining rigorous audit trails for contract creation and user seat management, proactively preventing billing errors and delivery delays

Required

12+ years of professional experience in process improvement, business transformation, or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a significant leadership capacity
Proven track record of building or radically transforming a Sales Operations function within a complex, global matrixed environment
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS/subscription models, pricing, contracting, end-to-end contract lifecycle management, billing, and revenue controls
Exceptional ability to influence tenured stakeholders and drive behavioral change within sales teams and across the organization
Expert-level familiarity working with a complex tech stack, including Salesforce, and the vision to integrate them effectively
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and change initiatives
Ability to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors across global sales organizations
Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complexity into clear action
Ability to oversee a multi-layered organizational structure, leading managers and their teams to deliver against company goals
