Senior Sales Manager – Temporary Safety Staffing (Power Utility Sector)

Responsibilities
Grow key accounts across utilities, EPCs, contractors, and owner-operators
Prospect new business in distribution, transmission, and generation markets
Build MSAs, multi-site agreements, outage programs, and storm-response staffing models
Manage enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision makers
Prepare accurate, timely quotes using CRM and pricing tools
Partner with operations and recruiting for strong delivery and renewals
Track pipeline, forecasts, and territory activity in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Represent ResponsAble at industry events and utility meetings
Qualification
Required
10+ years in sales with consistent quota achievement
5+ years in enterprise/key account sales
3+ years selling into utilities (T&D, generation, EPCs, or contractors)
Temporary staffing, workforce solutions, or safety-services sales experience
CRM proficiency; strong quoting and pricing skills
Understanding of OSHA, NFPA 70E, and utility safety expectations
Ability to travel 30–40% nationally
Strong relationship skills with operations, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
