Receptionist/Facility Support Coordinator
TreviPay is a global B2B payments and invoicing network that provides choice and convenience to buyers. They are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Facility Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting daily facility operations.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors, answer phones, and support physical security protocols
Manage work orders (repairs, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from submission to resolution
Coordinate vendor check-ins
Support safety and compliance procedures
Maintain facility records, assets, and office space logistics
Handle mailroom operations, supply ordering, and occasional catering setup/breakdown
Provide administrative and reporting support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Problem-solving skills and comfort interacting with staff, vendors, and management
Preferred
1–3+ years of facilities, property administration, or similar experience
Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's or equivalent experience accepted
Familiarity with facility/maintenance software
Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and OSHA/safety regulations
