Call Center Associate
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a reputable law firm client in the legal/financial services industry to hire Call Center Agents for their Pasadena office. This role involves handling high-volume inbound calls, providing professional customer service, and educating consumers on account status and resolution options.
Responsibilities
Handle high‑volume inbound calls from consumers regarding outstanding obligations
Provide professional, empathetic customer service
Educate consumers on account status and available resolution options
Follow pre‑approved call scripts
Accurately document conversations and updates using CRM software
Act as an extension of customer service
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service or collections
Comfortable being on the phone for the majority of the workday
Ability to follow scripts, policies, and compliance standards
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
