Reliability Engineering Co-Op (Summer/Fall 2026) (Onsite)
RTX is a leader in technologically advanced solutions for the aerospace and defense industry. They are seeking a Reliability Engineering Co-Op to perform reliability assessments, conduct failure reviews, and develop test procedures while collaborating with a dynamic group of engineers.

Responsibilities
Perform Reliability Assessments, which includes performing reliability predictions to establish MTBF estimates and component failure rates
Perform Derating analysis, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs), Testability analysis
May perform and oversee Accelerated Stress Testing (AST). Conduct failure reviews and help define corrective actions
Develop test procedures and reports
May perform Neutron Single Event Upset susceptibility analyses
May update custom tools used by Reliability Analyst
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Preferred
Experience analyzing electrical/electronic components and semiconductor devices
Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Visual Studio. Microsoft Office VBA, SQL, C++
Experience in technical writing (generating engineering procedures and reports)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, quick learner
Effective oral/written communication skills
Effective interpersonal and team skills
Experience presenting technical information
