Provide expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test operations team
Ensure continuous system operations through effective oversight of 24/7 operational support
Demonstrate expertise across all aspects of system operations and maintenance
Advise leadership on operational readiness, sustainment, and operational risk
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 8 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting Missile Warning system operations and sustainment
Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams in high-availability, mission-critical environments
