Senior Specialist, Program Management - Portland OR

The Senior Specialist in Program Management will be responsible for daily customer service tasks, routine reporting, and ensuring stability in the customer experience while working towards KPIs and SLAs for defined customer programs.

Responsibilities
Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are assigned
Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems
Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes
Serve as first point of contact with customers
Qualification
Required
Initial experience within logistics/program management
Preferred
1-3 years of experience within logistics/program management
