Responsibilities
Own and lead integrated marketing campaigns for the Micromobility unit, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and lifecycle marketing, aligning strategy, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs with business goals
Serve as the strategic throughline across all marketing functions, ensuring cohesive messaging, execution alignment, and shared objectives across channels and teams
Translate GTM and business strategy into clear marketing priorities, briefs, and execution plans, enabling cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial priorities, product roadmaps, and revenue objectives
Lead cross-functional campaign planning meetings, provide status updates, and conduct leadership reviews, ensuring clarity, accountability, and that deliverables are completed on time
Own the target audience and customer segmentation framework for Micromobility campaigns, ensuring campaigns are built with clear audience intent and relevance
Synthesize inputs from multiple teams into clear, cohesive narratives for leadership updates and cross-regional communication
Support day-to-day business operations by partnering closely with the Head of Marketing on prioritization, planning, and execution decisions
Identify risks, misalignments, or inefficiencies in campaign execution and proactively drive solutions
Continuously improve integrated marketing processes, communication rhythms, and execution frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, project management or cross-functional marketing roles
Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to translate business strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to leadership
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred
Experience working with international teams, including China, is a plus
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus, but not required
