Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional collaboration to guide products through every stage of development, ensuring alignment, risk management, and timeline adherence
Partner with teams across the organization to support a strong go‑to‑market strategy that maximizes commercial performance
Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned programs, ensuring delivery of all technical, strategic, and operational elements
Use data and key performance metrics to inform decisions and drive functional alignment
Identify potential obstacles early, establish contingency plans, and monitor mitigation progress
Recognize gaps in resources or expertise, escalate appropriately, and assist in implementing solutions
Act as a bridge between global and local teams, ensuring consistent communication and knowledge flow across regions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three years' experience in product development, with exposure to new product creation or program leadership—ideally within consumer goods
Confident, proactive, and capable of influencing teams to achieve high‑impact results
Strong track record of leading cross‑functional groups and fostering high‑performance environments
Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executives, partners, and cross‑functional groups
Demonstrated accountability, a strong bias for action, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables
Proficiency with project management tools and productivity software (e.g., MS Project or similar, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Energetic, detail‑oriented, and comfortable presenting to large audiences in‑person or via virtual platforms such as MS Teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical disciplines, or business management is strongly preferred
