Profitmind is building the intelligence behind how retailers make pricing and merchandising decisions. They are seeking a UI Engineer to help build clean, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces for their core product.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces across our web application
Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, scalable UI components
Collaborate with backend engineers to support front-end and back-end integration, including AI-powered tools
Build basic dashboards and agent-style interfaces that make complex outputs easy to understand
Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver features end to end
Ensure strong performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Iterate quickly based on user feedback and evolving product direction
Contribute to improving front-end architecture, patterns, and UI standards over time

Required

Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar
Understanding of front-end and back-end integration, particularly for AI-driven tools and workflows
Ability to build clean, functional dashboards or lightweight agent interfaces
High attention to detail and pride in polished user experiences
Comfort working in a fast-moving, product-driven environment
Potential to build a team in the future

Preferred

Experience with enterprise, data-heavy, or analytics-focused products is a plus
