Vice President, Human Resources
Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join our senior management team. The VP, Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations, focusing on strategic talent management and compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term strategic plan and goals; identifies ways to support the organization’s mission through talent management
Identifies key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics
Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive and recognition programs
Provide guidance and leadership to the human resources team; assists and supports all areas of human resources, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in the Business or Human Services field
Concentration in Human Resources
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive Human Resources management, oversight and leadership
Preferred
SHRM – CP or SCP credentials
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
