Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to wired and wireless networking
Perform network account onboarding/offboarding using custom scripts
Participate in on-call Level 1 and Level 2 support for critical sites
Assist with network rollouts, upgrades, cleanup, and infrastructure improvements
Maintain documentation and inventory of network assets
Support Microsoft administration tasks including:
Entra ID (Azure AD)
Group Policy and user provisioning
Microsoft 365 administration
Assist with basic Windows Server administration, monitoring, patching, and updates

Required

Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed)
Valid Driver's License required (driving a state vehicle to locations across SC)
Comfortable with on-call rotation every 3 weeks for critical network outages
Willing to travel within South Carolina (no overnight travel unless pre-approved)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
5+ years of Microsoft administration experience
5+ years working with Windows Server environments
10+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience (wired & wireless networking)
5+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred

Experience working in wiring closets
Experience with Ruckus switches
Experience with Deskpro ticketing system
Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy experience
