Responsibilities
Organize available data across 6+ data repositories
Using automated business intelligence tools extract data across all available resources
Develop and maintain databases and data systems
Work with area managers, subject matter experts, Operational Excellence, IT, and engineering teams to:
Assess data quality, veracity, and business value
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide KPIs
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies
Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful in diagnosis and predictive analytics
Prepare and deliver reports and briefings for area managers and corporate executives
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate Degree in Data Science/Data Analytics OR 3+ years in a data analyst position
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI Tools
Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, Python, Hadoop
