Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize BI reporting systems (SSRS, Seismic), enhance existing reports, and provide ad-hoc data extracts
Design queries, model datasets for Power BI, and advise on reporting best practices
Manage BI platforms, maintain distribution lists, and foster relationships with business and tech teams
Design and develop SSRS and Power BI reports, create dashboards, and automate manual tasks to improve efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the U.S. without an employer-sponsored visa now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, data analytics, or related field
3+ years in BI development (Power BI, SSRS)
Expertise in Power BI
Expertise in SSRS
Expertise in DAX
Expertise in database modeling
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
