Responsibilities

Mastery Through Tools: Harness state-of-the-art computer-aided engineering resources and design/analysis software to complete assignments
Language Fluency: Close the gap between theory and practice by refining your expertise in C/C++, real-time systems, scripting, and kernel development
Collaborative Growth: Team up with experienced engineers, contributing to essential tasks and absorbing expertise. This is your chance to absorb wisdom and contribute your own fresh ideas
Blueprint Innovation: Review project outlines and drawings to engineer precise testing protocols, specifications and objectives, while unraveling technical conundrums with innovative solutions. Your analysis will transform sketches into solid, functioning software wonders
Engineer and Innovate: Under mentorship, you design, develop, analyze and contribute to the design and improvements that cater to both electrical integrity and mechanical might of our products, systems, subsystems
Testing & Analysis: Analyze, test, and make recommendations for products and test methods using data
Legacy Documentation: Carve out wisdom for future innovators by preparing meticulous documentation that serves as bedrock for maintenance and advancement
Efficiency Engineering: Shape the landscapes of production by contributing to the evolution of our plant layouts and refining manufacturing methodologies
Qualification
Required
Must be actively enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or master's program in Software Engineering or a related tech field
Requires a minimum of two years of academic experience with a GPA that shines as bright as your ambition – 3.0 or higher!
A strong problem-solving mindset driven by intellectual curiosity
Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and investigative research
Proficiency in MS Office 365
Preferred
Familiarity with software analysis (embedded development)
Familiarity with object-oriented programming and C/C++ software
Familiarity with developing in scripting languages, such as Python
Familiarity with embedded interfaces experience (I2C, UART, PCIe, etc.)
Familiarity with real-time operating systems
