Responsibilities
Facilitate new business opportunities, identify market trends and manage product development for the assigned products
Serve as a liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Operations to ensure a smooth and unified transition from opportunity to client
Work with Centene sales, corporate development, business development and Corporate product development to provide domain expertise for the Product Growth & Development department
Continuously examine, modernize, and innovate products based on rules, regulations, and requirements as well as current market trends and target existing customer needs
Develop new products and benefit designs to meet the evolving needs of target clients
Develop and implement product bundles based on offerings, specific to target clients
Oversee and manage the transition of a client from sales to implementation and operations
Partner with the Business Development team to increase product offerings for current and potential new clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience required
Preferred
Preferred experience in Medicare and DUALS
