The Technical Implementation Project Manager will coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure IPN configurations and data integrations are set up based on client requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular contact with existing customers through implementation. Establish processes/procedures to manage customer portfolio activity

Become a product expert, with strong understanding in configurations and data integration

Work cross functionally internally to solve configuration challenges

Demonstrated experience managing SaaS implementations

Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA)

Proven ability to work independently with clients to elicit and document business requirements

Experience collaborating with technical teams (configuration and development) to translate requirements into implementation-ready inputs

Experience managing client stakeholders, including during escalations

Strong experience in project status reporting to both clients and internal leadership

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, and ambiguity

Experience working effectively with internal stakeholders in a matrixed organization

Be proactive with issue resolution

Strong understanding of web based applications, API's, and data integration

Monitor new client implementations and existing client support; provide daily problem solving, coordination and leadership as required

Drive the efforts of technical and operations resources as they develop integrated software solutions and support systems to serve the partners and clients

Maintain ongoing reporting of partner/client status and activities

Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
