Responsibilities

Designing and iterating on homepage, PDP, and collection page layouts in Figma
Auditing the current site and identifying UX issues, inconsistencies, or brand misses
Mapping and redesigning key customer journeys and funnels
Creating and refining reusable components and page layouts that keep the site consistent, high-quality, and scalable
Partnering with dev to scope feasibility, break work into phases, and ship incrementally
Reviewing performance or user behavior data to inform design decisions
QAing builds before launch and making polish passes after things go live
Responding to feedback from Brand, E-com, or Leadership and translating it into better solutions

Required

Has 5+ years relevant experience agency or in house
Has strong visual instincts and brand sensitivity
Knows how to design within (and help evolve) a brand system
Thinks critically about user behavior and business impact
Is comfortable taking work all the way from concept → build → live site
Understand ADA best practices
Understands UX/UI principles and how to blend functionality with brand-right designs
Has a strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking + visual design
