Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic MRI exams, including organ, system, and blood‑flow imaging
Work independently while still feeling supported by a collaborative and compassionate imaging team
Operate state‑of‑the‑art MRI scanners and ancillary equipment to produce clear, accurate diagnostic results
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the exam—explaining procedures, positioning patients, and monitoring for physical or emotional distress
Practice strict MRI safety standards, including screening, safe room setup, and contrast administration
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality care
Mentor and orient students, residents, or new technologists as needed

Qualification
Required
Successful completion of an approved certification exam through ARRT, ARMRIT, ARDMS, or NMTCB, and maintained in good standing
Minimum 1 year of MRI experience (2+ years preferred)
Current BLS certification with biannual renewal
Ability to administer IV contrast and adhere to all MRI safety policies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
