Responsibilities
Respond to provider inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
Troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and follow established procedures when escalating issues
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting service-level expectations
Work independently in a remote environment while consistently demonstrating accountability and reliability
Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve complex provider concerns
Represent the company in a professional manner, modeling excellent communication and customer-service standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with providers
Experience in customer service, call center operations, technical support, or ticket-based support environments
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working with limited instruction or supervision
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
Proficiency with common customer service software, CRM systems, and email platforms
Must be available to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST
Preferred
Experience supporting healthcare providers
Prior remote-work experience
Strong typing skills and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
