NOC- Operations Representative
TechTriad is seeking an Operations Representative to join their Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This role is responsible for ensuring system health, monitoring data transmissions, and responding to internal and customer-related production issues in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor system health and data transmissions across enterprise platforms
Configure and manage alerts using monitoring tools
Identify, investigate, escalate, and resolve production issues
Ensure continuous monitoring of network processing and file exchanges
Provide technical support to customers, vendors, and third-party partners
Troubleshoot connectivity issues using MQ, FTP, and C:D
Assist with system setup, diagnostics, and scheduled operational activities
Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions
Provide coverage for a 24/7 Network Operations Center
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow
Data Center
Splunk or Dynatrace or any monitoring tools experience
Experience with SCOM, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk
Hands-on experience configuring alerts and monitoring systems
3–5 years of experience in a NOC / Operations environment
Strong knowledge of network concepts and data center operations
Familiarity with Windows and UNIX operating systems
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
