Responsibilities
Apply management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to support Salesforce complex projects
Conduct requirements analysis and needs assessments
Select and implement integration strategies including lifecycle sustainability
Provide subject matter expertise in industry and knowledge of methods including architect enterprise strategy, enterprise architecture development and management
Support business process design and re-engineering
Assist in investment decision making and support for solution architecture development/management
Support the attainment of business strategy and its alignment with processes and information technology strategy
Qualification
Required
Minimum of seven (7) years of applying specifically for Salesforce applications Enterprise Architecture principles
At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture deployment
Possession of a bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field
One of the following Certifications: SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator, SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator, SC-300: Identity & Access Administrator, CIPP/US or CIPP/G: Certified Information Privacy Professional, CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor (or equivalent)
Preferred
Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview and G5 Compliance capabilities
Proven success implementing compliance in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High)
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance
Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI initiatives in enterprise settings
Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive audiences
