Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards used daily by Game Design and Leadership
Analyze player behavior, game performance, and experiments (A/B testing)
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities quickly—and act on them
Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally in a rapid-iteration, real-time environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Math, Data Science, or related field
Strong analytical instincts and independent problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving data
Proven ability to influence decisions, not just report metrics
Strong skills in SQL, Tableau or Power BI, Excel, and Python or R
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and performance measurement
Preferred
Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI
Background in gaming or online player data (slots experience is a plus)
Familiarity with Snowflake and modern data stacks
Master's degree for senior-level candidates
