Production Architect or Draftsperson
Land to Living, Inc. is a company that unifies Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design to create artful homes and boutique commercial projects. The Production Architect / Draftsperson will support the design and delivery of architectural projects, producing and coordinating drawing sets under the guidance of Principal Architects.

Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of architectural projects by producing and coordinating drawing sets across all phases of work
Work from the schematic and/or developed design direction of the Principal Architects to further develop and document architectural designs
Apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to produce accurate and detailed construction documents in coordination with consultants and the construction team
Interpret, organize, and coordinate project assignments
Utilize appropriate technical knowledge and software to complete finished plans and specifications for construction
Anticipate and respond to design, coordination, and field-related issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
actively pursuing Architect license
experience with any BIM CAD program
high level of computer literacy and proficiency including fundamental skills in Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator
Preferred
Licensed Architect in California or Nevada
working experience with ArchiCAD
