Responsibilities
Provide production support and troubleshooting, including Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents across all geographies
Support may be required outside US hours until the next regional support team is online
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned developments and projects, from initiation through hypercare
Perform requirements gathering, working closely with business stakeholders and onsite customer IT teams
Provide solution design inputs and functional guidance aligned with business expectations
Act as a liaison between business and offshore/nearshore teams for clarifications and execution
Ensure data readiness and data hygiene for UAT and testing phases
Manage and resolve defects and bugs reported during UAT
Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the change lifecycle
Provide techno-functional design documents to technical teams for development activities
Deliver knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams post project or development hypercare
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/WM, with exposure to PP/PM
Prior onsite, client-facing experience working with US customers
Strong FMCG industry experience with in-depth understanding of operational business processes
Proven knowledge of cross-functional integration with Marketing and Finance
Ability to lead onsite activities and coordinate effectively with offshore and nearshore teams
Strong SAP MM/WM functional expertise with PP/PM integration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and production support experience
Ability to work independently as an onsite lead while coordinating globally
