Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution
Track project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure timely deliverable
Support site activities by reviewing drawings, specifications, and quality control requirements
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project life cycle
Qualification
Required
Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree required
2-5+ years of experience working in general contracting (open to PE or APM level)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required
Experience managing administrative construction duties, including document control
Proficient in Bluebeam or Procore
Need to have a basic understanding of construction knowledge
