Responsibilities
Review and approve weekly payroll for field personnel. Also enter office personnel hours into payroll system
Maintain vehicle log for E-J Syracuse vehicles, as well as making sure all required paperwork is current and up to date for all vehicles
Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and managing a multi-line telephone system
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Draft professional correspondence with accuracy
Create and manage files – both electronic and hard copy
Compile expense reports for reimbursement and other financial records as needed
Assist with day-to-day office needs
Entering vendor invoices for the Account’s Payable Department

Qualification
Required
3+ years' working experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must possess natural organizational talents and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to foresee needs before they arise and come up with solutions to problems quickly
Proficient in MS Office
