Mid LevelAscendum Solutions is seeking a Project Manager responsible for analyzing, planning, and managing projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in conjunction with stakeholders
Ensure all project tasks are completed and objectives are met within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery
Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on project progress and any emerging issues or risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project deliverables
Partner with store associates to test and gather feedback on new technology / equipment enhancements
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting notes
Create training material & conduct train the trainer sessions on new best practices
Effectively communicate key information to multiple levels throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Candidates should be eligible to work for any employer in the United States without needing Visa sponsorship
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient with Microsoft tools: Excel, Power Point. Etc
Role requires 5 days/week on-site downtown Cincinnati
Role will require up to 25% travel to various company locations
