Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Block Storage and SAN infrastructure
Work on technologies like Dell EMC VMAX/PowerMax, HPE 3PAR, Brocade, and Cisco MDS
Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and timely closure of support tickets
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to resolve storage and connectivity issues
Perform storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, performance tuning, and capacity management
Facilitate and execute storage migrations (block/file) using predefined runbooks
Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational standards
Participate in a Sun-Thu, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST support shift in a production environment
Qualification
Required
