Responsibilities
Work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of AI and healthcare, with a particular emphasis on machine learning and deep learning methods for medical and biomedical applications
Develop computer vision and AI for healthcare data (e.g., medical imaging)
Research foundation models and one-shot/few-shot adaptation in clinical settings
Generate synthetic data guided by clinical knowledge
Create explainable and interpretable AI models for biomedical applications
Qualification
Required
PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Informatics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
Solid background in machine learning and/or deep learning
Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment
U.S. Green Card required (mandatory due to NIH T-series funding)
Preferred
Experience with AI for healthcare, medical imaging, or biomedical data analysis
