Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Assist with order entry and customer support tasks
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Moderate social media management
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required two year minimum
Proficient in using Microsoft suite. (Office, Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with Sales Force CRM
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with office phone systems and basic troubleshooting
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
High school or equivalent (Required)
Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
Microsoft Outlook Suite: 1 year (Required)
Salesforce: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Clinton Township, MI 48038 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Clinton Township, MI 48038: Relocate before starting work (Required)
