Responsibilities
Directly supervise maintenance technicians and ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
Develop, implement, and manage a robust preventive maintenance (PM) program using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to minimize downtime and support production continuity
Manage spare parts inventory, stockroom organization, and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations
Organize and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to production
Identify and implement plant improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, process efficiency, and yield optimization
Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Promote World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles
Available on work days, off-shifts, and weekends as needed to support plant operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred)
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Dairy industry experience requires a strong understanding of dairy processing equipment and sanitation standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS platforms
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role
