Oracle Alliance Director
Datavail is a leading provider of data management, application development, analytics, and cloud services, and they are seeking an experienced Oracle Alliance Director – North America to lead their Oracle partnership strategy. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and execution of the Oracle partnership across North America, requiring deep expertise in Oracle ecosystems and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
Developing and owning the North America Oracle alliance strategy, joint business plan, and performance metrics to achieve aggressive revenue growth targets (20–30% YoY in Oracle practice)
Building and maintaining trusted, senior-level relationships with Oracle executives, sales leaders, product specialists, and partner program teams to drive proactive engagement
Leading joint sales pursuits: identifying opportunities, orchestrating co-sell activities, accelerating deal registration, and closing high-value transactions with Oracle field support
Maximizing Oracle funding (MDF, incentives), marketing programs, and enablement resources to support our sales and delivery teams
Driving internal enablement, certifications, and practice expansion to strengthen our Oracle capabilities and competitive positioning
Representing the company at Oracle partner events, executive briefings, advisory councils, and customer workshops; ensuring strong physical presence for relationship-driven activities
Monitoring partner performance, escalating issues, and providing regular reporting on pipeline, revenue, and strategic initiatives

Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in alliance/partner management, business development, or partner sales, with direct, proven experience managing Oracle partnerships (preferably as an Oracle partner or system integrator)
Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills at senior levels within Oracle (field sales, product teams, partner executives)
Deep knowledge of Oracle's partner programs, cloud solutions (OCI, Fusion, NetSuite, etc.), certifications, funding mechanisms, and co-sell processes
Proven track record of driving joint pipeline, deal registration, revenue growth, and partner tier advancement
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution; ability to develop and implement joint business plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills; comfortable with travel (25–40%) for in-person engagements and events
Advanced degree or Oracle certifications a plus

Preferred location: US-based (East Coast or Central time zone) for optimal alignment with Oracle HQ and field teams
