Responsibilities
Support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects
Support digital transformation activities
KPI development and tracking
Gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions
Participate in Corporate pre-planned intern events such as Senior Leader Meetings, Team Building Tour, Final Presentations
Qualification
Required
Must have completed junior year of bachelor's program
Major in Supply Chain
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software
Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to operate effectively as a single contributor or as part of a larger team
Applies own talents to work assignments yet asks for and uses feedback to expand competencies in current job in order to improve performance
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Builds relationships with teammates and supports good ideas of others
Sets high goals and works tenaciously to achieve them
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods
Ability to travel commercially
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
